HOW DO I START A CUSTOM ORDER?

HOW CAN I COMMUNICATE MY DESIGN IDEA TO MAXT?

BASE DESIGN: Think about what color scheme you'd like to use such as your main color and accent colors. If you have examples of designs ideas from the internet, email those images over to us. Colors and pattern ideas are where we start the design process for your jersey.

NAMES: Let us know where you'd like your names places. Typical locations are first name on the chest (left, or right side), and the last name on the back just underneath the collar. We can also add Instagram or Twitter usernames.

LOGOS: If you have any logos you'd like to place, let us know the locations for those. A common location for the main sponsor logo is a large logo on the front centered under the zipper, and a large logo on the back centered under the name. Please provide us with .AI, .EPS, or high resolution logos with transparent backgrounds. Ask us beforehand to see if we already have the logos you need on file. You can also download our LOGO PLACEMENT GUIDE and fill it out with your logo locations.

FLAGS: If you want to have flags placed, let us know which flag, what location, and also what direction you want the flag to be placed. An example is the American Flag being placed with the stars facing forward if they are on the right sleeve.

HOW LONG DOES THE ENTIRE PROCESS TAKE

DESIGN: In most cases we will have a custom design back to you within 3 business days.

PRODUCTION: Once a design is approved and an order is submitted and paid for, our orders take 14-21 business days to produce

SHIPPING: If the item is under <1lb, we will use USPS first class for the most cost effective shipping method unless otherwise specified by you. If it is 1lb or more, we will use UPS to get the item to you, shipping times can be 1-3 days for ground all over the contiguous United States.

These times may vary depending on our workload which fluctuates during different seasons. We'll let you know an expected turnaround time once design requests and orders are made.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?

For most custom designs, there are no additional fees. Here is a list of fees you may expect if your design or order goes beyond the usual parameters:

  • LOGOS - For logo placement, you are allotted 5 logos per design that can be placed anywhere. They can be duplicated i.e. The same logo on the front, back and sleeves, etc... Each additional logo will incur a $5 fee per logo.
  • REVISIONS - You will be sent a proof based on the original consultation. You have 3 opportunities to revise the design. Any additional revisions may be subject to artwork setup fees.
  • ARTWORK CLEANUP - Art needs to be submitted in a viable format to print clearly. If it is possible to clean up the image, there may be an artwork fee administered.
  • SPECIAL SIZING - We do have the ability to tailor jersey sizing. The most common size request is a Tall version which adds 3 inches to the length of the jersey. Tall sizes are an additional $5 per jersey. Any other tailoring request will be subject to an price estimate depending on the request.
