Custom & Personalized Items
All custom and personalized items are made to order. This includes products that are printed, sewn, or otherwise modified based on your requested artwork, name, number, size, or other specifications.

Production Timeline: Once an order is placed and/or artwork is approved, production begins. Manufacturing time is estimated at 14–21 business days, plus additional time for shipping. Production times may vary depending on current order volume.

Final Sale: Because these items are custom-built for you, custom and personalized products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
Non-Custom Items
Products that are not personalized or custom-made may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
