Custom items are printed and sewn on order. Once the order is placed and/or artwork is approved (personalized and custom items), turnaround time will be 14-21 business days for manufacturing + time to ship. Depending on our workload, orders may be completed sooner or later than the estimated turnaround time. REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED DUE TO PRODUCTION OR SHIPPING DELAYS.

Non-personalized items are eligible for return or exchange up to 30 days from the day you receive the product. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

Personalized and custom products are not eligible for return or exchange.
